How to get lots more followers on Instagram

Lots of people make instagram accounts to get LOTS of followers, so that their pictures can become instagram famous! How does this work, though?

First! If you've just made your instagram account, then you can use the "Follow, unfollow" method. Basically, follow everyone that you even hear of on instagram. Follow them, like their pictures and comment on them, too! If you do this for long enough, some people should "Follow Back". However, not everyone will! So don't expect to follow 100 people and get 100 follow backs; it will be a number closer to 20. Because of this, you want to follow LOTS OF PEOPLE! Literally everyone that you see. Then, stay away from your instagram account for a week or so. When you check back, you will have lost quite a few followers, but that's okay if you followed enough to begin with. Now what you want to do, is upload one GOOD picture, like the best you have! Or copy one from somewhere else, but whatever it is, make it AMAZING! After this, unfollow every single person that you were following. Make your "Following count" back to 0. It's at this point that you can follow people that you actually want to follow, like your friends, family, or just people with good pictures! Keep uploading reasonably good photos, and make them of lots of different things - some of yourself or your friends/family, some of generally good photos such as of wildlife and scenery, some of things that you're doing, like sports or foods, and some of random quotes and inspirational messages. This will keep your audience paying attention. Also, UPLOAD FREQUENTLY. Upload at least one picture every day, but aim for an average of three a day. Just remember, don't upload all of your pictures at the same time. Not more than one in the same hour, or people may get annoyed. Another good idea is to use "#" (hashtags). Use popular hashtags and rare hashtags. Popular hashtags are things like "#Love", "#Pretty" and "#Beautiful". Rare hashtags are things that not many people would search, but can be humorous. These are often made up of lots of words put together. For example, #thisisararehashtag. They can be really, really long and that doesn't matter! If you want to make them more readable, make the first letter of each word a capital. For example, #ThisIsAnExcitingHashtag Hashtags help to make you more well known! Other than this, like and comment loads on random people's photos! But don't follow them unless you really want to!
